Jim Good is the founder of Parkview Advisors, where he helps water utilities and organizations navigate operational, infrastructure, regulatory, and strategic challenges. With executive leadership experience spanning municipal and industrial water operations, the private sector, regulatory affairs, and public policy, Jim has held senior roles at Jacobs, the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, Veolia Water, and California Water Service Group. He also served as Director of Congressional Relations for the National Association of Water Companies and held several legislative roles on Capitol Hill.
Throughout his career, Jim has worked with organizations ranging from small and rural water systems to major utilities, engineering firms, and global consultancies. His expertise includes infrastructure modernization, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, technology adoption, and long-term capital planning. Through Parkview Advisors, he helps water systems assess their needs, strengthen resilience, implement practical modernization strategies, and navigate the challenges of an evolving water industry. Jim holds a BA in Government from Cornell University and an MS in Finance from Golden Gate University.
